Disaster prevention awareness raising activities in local communities

DCM is working to promote measures to make homes more earthquake-resistant and to prevent furniture from falling over. We will strive to improve the disaster prevention systems and raise awareness of disaster prevention through participation in disaster drills and events in cooperation with municipalities and communities.

As an example, we host a variety of exhibits on disaster prevention and hold educational activities to raise awareness of disaster prevention at Dream, Future & Residence Creative Center attached to West Japan Store Support Office, DCM Co., Ltd., in Matsuyama City, Ehime, and many people use this facility every year.

*The photo on the left shows the Disaster Prevention Earthquake-Proof Plaza in the training space. A video about disaster prevention is shown here on a large screen with eight 50-inch monitors as needed, and it is available for training and events.
