1. Basic Policy

In this medium-term management plan, we have set our business strategy and are working on store strategies centered around existing store reforms, further pursuit of low-cost operations, crafting a unique "BOPIS" style, better in-house brand product development structure, and expanding the areas in which we do business through promotion of mergers and acquisitions, and we are aiming at becoming a company that comprehensively provides fulfilling lifestyles and that is an indispensable part of society.
