Public notice of financial statements

As the Company is a company that submits securities reports under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, it does not post public notice of financial statements in accordance with the provisions of Article 440, Paragraph 4 of the Companies Act.
Securities reports can be viewed on the website of EDINET (Electronic Disclosure Investors' Network), Electronic Disclosure System for Disclosure Documents such as Securities Reports Based on the Financial Instruments And Exchange Act, which is provided by the Financial Services Agency as an administrative service.
